Universal outlook refers to an appreciation, sensitivity and commitment to universal issues. A universal outlook helps the child to view himself/herself as a responsible citizen of the world, live in harmony with creation as well as become aware of being an intrinsic part of the macrocosm.

BHARAT SCOUTS AND GUIDES
The mission of scouting is to contribute to the education of young people, through a value system based on the scout promise and law to help build a better world where people are self – fulfilled as individuals and play a constructive role in society.
ROAD SAFETY PATROL
The primary function is to instruct, direct and control students in crossing the road ways at or near schools and to assist teachers and parents at all times and places. Students feel more responsible towards the cause of road safety. Hopefully, this experience will enable them to be responsible about road safety when they become adults.
JUNIOR RED CROSS
The Indian Red Cross Society aims to inspire, encourage and initiate at all times, all forms of humanitarian activities so that human suffering can be minimized, alleviated and then ever prevented, thus contribute in creating a more congenial climate for Pease.
Curriculum
The Vidyalaya is affiliated to the State Board of Secondary Education. In accordance with the Samacheer Kalvi - Continuous Comprehensive Evaluation, the Vidyalaya Endeavour's to provide holistic education to the students which meets their physical, mental, emotional and intellectual growth. The students are given training in such varied activities like yoga, music, art & craft and classical dance contemporarily. The spiritual well being of the students are ensured through Chinmaya Vision Programme (CVP), which include a variety of activities like chanting of Holy Gita, celebration of various national festivals, mathru pooja, Gurupoornima etc. The modern eon is the age of computers. To face the world with confidence and courage, the present generation needs to be made computer savvy. To cater to this need of the students, the Vidyalaya follows HSIEDU - Hi end software integrated in partner relationships with Bharathiar University and HCL Smart Class for classes K.G to XII. Advancement in technology have greatly revolutionized the teaching-learning process. Use of smart board technology promotes optimum results.
